Landed for studentsLanded for universities

Skip the pile. Reach the people who hire.

Put your graduates in front of the people who hire.

Landed applies to the roles you want and writes to the hiring managers behind the ones that are never posted, in your voice, from your own inbox.

Landed gives every student in a cohort two routes in: applications to posted roles, and short personal notes to the hiring managers behind roles that never get posted. Each one goes out in the student's voice, from the student's own inbox.

In one recent graduate's first two weeks: 146 hiring decision-makers reached, 13 replies.

Employers you can reach with Landed

Hiring teams Landed has already written to.

Landed has contacted hiring decision-makers at 400+ employers for the job seekers it works with. A few of them:

The problem

Graduate hiring is tight in the US and the UK.

You can send a hundred applications and hear nothing back. It isn't you. The numbers are hard on both sides of the Atlantic.

Your students feel it first: long application cycles, few replies, and a job search that lands in the same months as exams and dissertations.

United Kingdom

What Landed does

Two routes in. Landed runs both.

Most people only use one route: the application form. Landed adds the second one, the one that actually gets you in front of a person. Built for recent graduates and career switchers.

Careers teams can coach outreach, but no team has the hours to research and write hundreds of personal notes for every student. Landed adds that capacity.

Route 01

Posted roles

Landed applies to matching roles on company career sites and job boards.

  • Only roles that match the target field and level
  • Fully automatic within a daily limit, or review each one first
  • Every submission logged with the exact résumé and answers used
Route 02

Roles that never get posted

Landed finds the people who make hiring decisions, researches each one, and writes to them.

  • Drafted with AI, for one person at a time, in the student's voice
  • Sent from the student's own inbox, with follow-ups
  • Replies land straight in the student's inbox

How it works

Set up once. Landed reaches hiring managers every week.

Setup takes one session. After that, Landed does the research and the writing, and every reply comes back to you.

Each student sets up once, in a single session. After that Landed works every week, and every reply goes straight to the student.

01

Upload a résumé

Landed reads it once and pulls out the real experience.

02

Approve the facts

Review the list of things Landed may say. Remove anything wrong, add what's missing.

03

Teach it a voice

A few emails written before set the tone, so outreach reads like the student, not a template.

04

Reach the people who hire

Researched notes from the student's own inbox, with follow-ups. Approval mode by default; automatic sending is optional.

If it isn't on the approved list, Landed won't say it.

Every draft is checked against the facts the student confirmed. Anything about the student that can't be traced back to that list is rewritten before it goes anywhere.

Questions

What students ask first.

What careers teams ask first.

Does Landed guarantee a job?

No. Landed starts conversations with the people who hire. Interviews and offers depend on you and the employer.

Does it send from my email?

Yes. Messages go out from your own Google account, including a personal Gmail, so replies come straight to you.

Could it say something untrue about me?

It only uses facts you approved during setup. Drafts are checked against that list, and anything that can't be traced to it is rewritten.

Do I see emails before they go?

Yes, by default. You start in approval mode and review each draft. You can switch on automatic sending when you're ready, and switch it off any time.

Are the emails written by AI?

Yes. Landed drafts each one with AI, for one person, from facts you approved and in your voice. In approval mode you see every draft first.

Is it spam?

No. One short, personal note to one person at a time, at a human pace.

Where does the contact data come from?

Commercial business-contact databases. Every address is verified before anything is sent, and people are contacted only in their professional role.

How do you handle student data, GDPR and FERPA?

Students sign up themselves and choose what they share, so a pilot needs no records from your systems. We walk through data handling with your data-protection team before any pilot starts.

Does it just mass-apply?

No. Applications go only to matching roles, within a daily limit, and each one is logged.

Which email accounts does it work with?

Google accounts, including a personal Gmail. Each student sends from their own account.

Are the emails written by AI?

Yes. Landed drafts each email with AI, for one person, from the facts the student approved and in their own voice. Students can review every draft before it goes.

What does it cost?

It's priced per student for a fixed term. We share figures directly with whoever owns the budget.

Does Landed guarantee jobs?

No. Landed starts conversations with the people who hire. Interviews, offers and employment depend on the student and the employer.
